I've been managing rentals for over a decade, but my journey in real estate started even earlier as an investor. What began with managing my own properties quickly grew into a full-time passion and career. I’ve always been a bit of a real estate nerd, and over the years that passion has turned into helping others achieve their goals through property management and sales.

Today, I focus primarily on property management while also assisting clients with buying and selling across the Florida Panhandle. My background is unique because I don’t just manage properties, I actively invest myself. From long-term rentals and short-term vacation homes to new construction projects and renovations, I’ve been in my clients’ shoes. That firsthand experience, paired with a strong understanding of financing (thanks in part to my wife being a mortgage lender), allows me to bring a practical, investment-minded approach to every property I manage.

What I enjoy most is helping clients experience the transformative power of real estate. I was fortunate to have great mentors early on, and now I get to pass that knowledge forward, whether it’s guiding an owner through their first rental or helping a seasoned investor optimize their portfolio. High communication, attention to detail, and a true understanding of the numbers are what set me apart as a property manager and advisor.

My family and I live in Gulf Breeze, and we love being part of this community. From Perdido to Fort Walton, I’m proud to serve clients across the Panhandle with a mix of local insight, professional expertise, and a genuine commitment to seeing them succeed. As our Director of Operations, I bring an MBA, experience as a mortgage lender, and firsthand knowledge as a property owner and investor. I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep your property running smoothly.
